When I arrived in Doha – Qatar I thought about being able to demonstrate our culture on this side of the Middle East, which we are proud of, that which comes from the deepest part of our being, that which has a mysticism that speaks of a people disappeared but not forgotten. Our Inca culture, through the best way, something that we are always proud of and that represents us, the Peruvian gastronomy.
